Born and raised in New York, Monica has always been immersed in creative energy, drawn to beautiful spaces, inspiring stories, and design that lasts. She plays piano, experiments with film photography, and travels often — collecting moments more than things. Her career began at AKQA before moving in-house with roles at Airbnb and as the founding design recruiter at Robinhood. Now at Offsite — part talent agency, part creative collective — she focuses on building community and relationships at the intersection of design and talent. Guided by intuition in both work and life, she’s also a devoted dog mom to Bam, a spirited ball of energy who often steals the spotlight on Zoom.
