Remote Design Sprint
Remote sprints involve much more planning than a typical design sprint as you need to limit the amount of in-person time due to fatigue from video. What I have found that works best is to have a pre-read prior to the sprint as well as an established Miro or Figjam board. Example docs attached below:

Notes on running a Design Sprint
- Pre-Sprint
- Define clear objectives and success metrics
- Choose the right team and stakeholders
- Prepare all necessary materials and tools
- Block calendars and secure a dedicated space
- During Sprint
- Follow the structured timeline
- Document all decisions and insights
- Keep energy levels high
- Stay focused on the target problem
- Post-Sprint
- Compile and share findings
- Plan next steps and implementation
- Schedule follow-up meetings
- Track progress against goals
